Cancellation Policy:
Until January 7, 2023: 100% Refund
January 8, 2023 through January 31, 2023: 75% Refund
February 1, 2023: No Refund
It has come to our attention that there are third-party Facebook groups and FAM tours that are being promoted in connection with the ASTA Global River Cruise Expo. Please note that ASTA is not affiliated with such community groups or tour organizers, and only those vendors listed on the official ASTA Global River Cruise Expo event website have been approved and endorsed by ASTA. Vendors promoting community groups or offering travel opportunities that are not listed on the official event site have been neither endorsed nor approved by ASTA and as such members and attendees are cautioned to participate at their own risk.
