How to Redeem Your Vienna Pass

To receive your pass, simply present your ASTA River Cruise Expo registration confirmation. You have two convenient options for pickup:

Before the Event (March 9th – March 12th):
- Location: Vienna Sightseeing Service Center
- Address: Opening 3-5, Top Nr. 17-24, 1010 Vienna
- Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
During the Event:
- Location: ASTA Help Desk (on-site at the event)

After months of planning, our registration software is requesting to make impromptu updates to better prepare our selection process. In this case, we are extending our timeline in order to offer our attendees a more seamless booking process. Please see our new booking timeline below.

October 1 at 12 PM ET: Accommodations and post-cruises open for VIP attendees
October 8 at 12 PM ET: Accommodations open for general admission attendees
October 10 at 12 PM ET: Post-cruises open for general admission attendees
November 1 at 5 PM ET: Accommodations and post-cruises CLOSE for sign up. Changes will not be accepted after this date.

We hope that you were able to join our hosted webinar yesterday and hear from our river cruise lines on their offerings for our event. If you were not able to make it, please find our webinar linked here and some additional FAQs posted from attendees.

Attendee Service Center Information:

When booking links are released via email, please only have ONE person complete your booking for Expo ship accommodations and/or post-cruises. ASTA will be cross-checking lists and duplicate bookings will be deleted.

If you are not logged into the Attendee Service Center, you will need to do so to complete your selection. Once logged in, you will need to select EDIT ACCOMMODATIONS and then do the same for post cruises as well.

As a Reminder

Once you make your cabin selection and save it to your ASTA registration, please assume you are confirmed.
The cruise line you selected will be following up with you in November, after registration closes, to collect additional demographic details and payment.
Remember, registration for both Expo accommodations and post-cruise FAMs close on October 25. Changes will not be accepted after this point.
Cabins are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. When inventory sells out, please note additional accommodations are provided at the Hilton Vienna Waterfront.
If you have a balance due, you MUST complete payment before you are able to secure any cabins. Please do so in advance of our launch.

Options for both accommodations and post-cruises are now available for viewing. Although these are not yet available for booking, you'll be able to begin planning your selections.

Upcoming Know Before You Go Webinar and Registration Link
On Tuesday, September 24 at 2 p.m. ET, ASTA will be hosting representatives from all participating River Cruise who will be sharing details about their Accommodations available during the Expo and Post Sailing opportunities. If you are unable to make the live presentation, a recording will be available on asta.org, and this event updates web page within 72 hours after the webinar.
